Shipping is complementary in the United States. All items are shipped via FedEx unless a specific request for an alternative carrier is made. Purchases of $10,000 or more are shipped overnight on receipt of payment. Items under $10,000 are shipped via FedEx Express 2–3 day delivery. All shipments are fully insured.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status in your account.
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
We ship overseas via DHL Express and FedEx Express, typically Monday through Friday. We charge a flat fee for shipping and duties.
If customs in the buyer’s country require additional duties, the buyer is responsible for those charges. If the buyer decides to reject the package, we will request a return. The buyer is responsible for any costs incurred due to the return, and those costs will be deducted from the refund.
If you have any questions regarding customs charges, please contact us. All shipments are fully insured for loss in transit, except for seizure by customs authorities.

Payments received after 2pm ET may be shipped the next shipping day. We ship Monday through Thursday; we do not ship on Fridays to avoid packages remaining in warehouses or on trucks. If you wish to have your package shipped on Friday for Saturday or Monday delivery, please let us know.
Clients purchasing an item of less than $10,000 can request overnight shipping for an additional surcharge.
