OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BIRKINVAULT FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
