Item must be returned in identical condition as received
Return authorization required before shipping back
Item must show no signs of use, handling, or wear
All original packaging, dust bags, and accessories must be included

When will my item ship?

BirkinVault typically ships within 1-2 business days of payment receipt and verification.

Domestic United States:

  • All Birkin and Kelly bags: Overnight FedEx Express (complimentary)
  • Items under $25,000: FedEx Express 2-3 day delivery (complimentary)
  • Full insurance coverage included on all shipments

Do you ship internationally?
